About this role

The Rehabilitation Specialist will deliver Nuffield Health’s 12‑week rehabilitation programmes, providing both virtual and in‑person group exercise classes and weekly one‑to‑one coaching sessions. The role supports participants with exercise prescription, emotional wellbeing, healthy eating guidance and goal‑setting, while monitoring progress and escalating any deterioration as needed.

Responsibilities

Organise and run rolling 12‑week rehabilitation programmes
Facilitate live‑stream and in‑person group exercise classes
Conduct weekly 1‑to‑1 coaching calls with participants
Monitor participant progress and escalate any deterioration
Adjust exercise intensity based on performance data
