About this role

The Rehabilitation Specialist will deliver Nuffield Health rehabilitation programmes both digitally and in person, running 12‑week cycles that include group exercise classes, one‑to‑one coaching, and self‑directed activity support. The role involves monitoring participant progress, adjusting exercises, and providing emotional wellbeing support to help individuals recover and maintain long‑term health.

Responsibilities

Organise and run rolling 12‑week rehabilitation programmes
Facilitate live‑stream and in‑person group exercise classes
Conduct weekly 1‑to‑1 telephone coaching sessions with participants
Monitor participant progress and trigger escalation when needed
Adjust exercise intensity based on performance improvements
