Reimbursement Case Manager

The Reimbursement Case Manager serves as a patient advocate and single point of contact for patients, providers, and manufacturer clients, managing case loads and coordinating access to specialty therapy treatments. This role involves conducting benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and patient enrollment activities while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently to accelerate time-to-therapy.
