Reinsurance Finance Manager

Prudential Financial Inc.’s Bermuda Reinsurance team is seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to fill a Manager, Reinsurance Operations role based in Ireland, supporting Bermuda-based affiliate reinsurance companies. The role involves supporting the design and implementation of the operational framework, leading business-as-usual activities, controls, documentation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across two reinsurance captives. This position offers exposure to cross-border reinsurance operations across multiple markets, including treaty onboarding, transaction processing, reporting, and retrocession management.
