Relational Security Officer

The Relational Security Officer establishes a supportive presence at healthcare sites to ensure the security of persons and property while proactively managing potential violence and aggression. Working as part of a team, the role promotes trauma-informed interventions and safety services within a framework of cultural safety, anti-racism, and diversity. The position reports to the Manager, Safety & Prevention and contributes to a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
