Relationship Advisor MRC (Hybrid)

The Relationship Advisor MRC handles incoming and outbound calls to assist Retail and Small Business Members with product selection, account maintenance, and financial inquiries. This role focuses on delivering outstanding member experiences through active listening and first-call resolution while serving as an ambassador for Mazuma Credit Union. The position requires developing product knowledge to accurately refer members to the best-suited services and resources.
