Relationship Banker

This role serves as the primary branch contact for sales, service, and referral opportunities, identifying customer needs through the bank’s retail sales process. The position focuses on delivering basic sales solutions, onboarding and servicing customers, and managing the branch customer experience through lobby management and proactive outreach. It supports both retail and business customers and escalates complex needs to appropriate partners.
