The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers and brokers, negotiating complex facilities, and presenting well‑evidenced credit proposals to senior stakeholders. It also requires close collaboration with sales, distribution, and portfolio management teams to support professional real estate investors throughout the loan lifecycle.
