Relationship Manager, Client Experience

The Client Experience team is hiring a Relationship Manager to join Cboe Data Vantage’s global Client Experience organization, owning a dedicated book of client accounts to drive retention, expansion, and long-term success. This role serves as the named point of contact for a tiered portfolio, managing the full post-sale relationship through proactive engagement, renewal management, and usage monitoring. The position sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, client relationships, and product intelligence within one of Cboe’s highest-growth businesses.
