Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager role involves managing and growing a portfolio of Commercial business clients, with a focus on acquiring new-to-bank customers and developing large business connections through lending. This full-time position offers flexible working arrangements and is based in either the CBD or Mulgrave BBC. The role requires driving growth through marketing initiatives, maintaining a quality referral network, and collaborating closely with internal teams to build client relationships. Additionally, the successful candidate will take the lead in coaching and mentoring their team.
