Release Train Engineer

The Release Train Engineer serves as the operational and cultural leader of a multi-team Agile release train, driving delivery excellence, contract KPI attainment, and process maturity. This role involves building alignment across technical, operational, and business domains, mitigating risks, and managing cross-team dependencies while maintaining a forward-looking view of workload and quality expectations. The position requires frequent communication, clear escalation management, and the ability to influence without authority to own the rhythm and performance of the release train.
