Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Engineer

The Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Engineer supports the KC-46 program at Tinker AFB by developing and implementing R&M processes to ensure weapon system reliability, availability, and maintainability requirements are met throughout the program lifecycle. The role involves reviewing reliability data, supporting Deficiency Report resolution, evaluating system designs, and conducting technical assessments and trade studies related to system performance and risk. This position requires collaboration with government, contractor, and engineering stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
