Reliability Engineer

This role involves supervising the Reliability Group and managing the facility's reliability program to optimize equipment run time and eliminate production failures. The position requires providing accurate data to management for paper machine performance development and supporting the maintenance team with root cause failure analysis. The individual will also be responsible for setting up preventative maintenance schedules and coordinating outside contractor services.
