About this role

The Reliability Engineer will join Atlan's Reliability team to build and improve a multi-agent AI SRE platform that investigates incidents, remediates issues, and resolves networking tickets. The role focuses on making investigation agents accurate, growing auto-remediation coverage, and designing safety gates to ensure agents can be trusted in production. This position involves building evaluation harnesses, creating new agents to remove operational toil, and developing a platform for other teams to adopt.
