Reliability Engineer

This role involves supporting the analysis, development, and review of fault isolation and troubleshooting procedures for engineering design, while leading the Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) process. The position requires conducting reliability analyses, root cause analysis, and Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) to drive design improvements and resolve reliability issues. The engineer is responsible for completing technical tasks on time and budget, supporting product testing, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to meet design and cost requirements.
