About this role

Leidos is seeking a Reliability, Maintainability and Availability (RMA) Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team supporting the Federal Aviation Administration’s En Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) program. The role involves providing systems engineering and analytical support to ensure complex aviation and air traffic management systems meet stringent reliability, maintainability, availability, and operational performance requirements. This position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to integrate RMA considerations throughout the system lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Reliability Maintainability and Availability requirements throughout the system lifecycle
Perform system-level RMA modeling analysis and performance predictions to assess system reliability
Support system design reviews and failure analysis to identify risks and implement corrective actions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical disciplineMaster's degree
