About this role

Leidos is seeking a Reliability, Maintainability and Availability (RMA) Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team supporting the Federal Aviation Administration’s En Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) program. The role involves providing systems engineering and analytical support to aviation ground systems and air traffic control programs to ensure they meet stringent reliability, maintainability, availability, and operational performance requirements. The engineer will develop RMA requirements, perform system-level modeling and analysis, and support design reviews and test plans throughout the system lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Reliability Maintainability and Availability requirements throughout the system lifecycle
Perform system-level RMA modeling analysis and performance predictions to assess system reliability
Support system design reviews and test plans to verify compliance with RMA requirements
