Relief Care Manager

As a permanent Relief Care Manager, you will support multiple Care Communities within Melbourne and some parts of regional Victoria, providing interim leadership and clinical oversight to ensure continuity of care. This pathway role offers rich exposure to different community environments while building the capability and confidence required to progress into a substantive Care Manager position. The role focuses on uplifting culture, maintaining high clinical standards, and fostering a compassionate and accountable work environment.
