The Case Worker - Community Participant Supports provides direct support and implements individual goal-centered programs for adults with developmental disabilities within the Salvation Army’s Lawson Ministries and community settings. The role supports daily living, workplace integration and occasional residential care to promote independence and community inclusion. This is a relief/casual position with variable shifts including evenings and weekends.
