Relief Manager

The Relief Manager provides comprehensive management coverage across the Little Vegas estate, ensuring trading performance, regulatory compliance, and customer standards are maintained during absences, vacancies, and new site openings. This role is critical for protecting venue continuity and safeguarding against licensing risks under the Gambling Act 2005. The postholder is expected to quickly assume control of unfamiliar sites and operate to the same high standards as substantive managers.
