Remodel Technician

The Renovation Technician is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the renovations department, conducting construction-related tasks such as carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and form setting under supervisor direction. The role involves assisting with apartment turnover, performing minor building and equipment repairs, and completing assigned work orders daily. The position requires operating hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and maintaining tools and equipment in proper condition.
