About this role
Behavioral Framework is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support its mission of delivering life-changing care for children with Autism. This hybrid position offers 75% remote work with company-paid monthly travel to one of the organization’s regions (currently DC or NC). The role includes competitive pay up to $85,000 plus bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development support.
