The Remote-Billing Rep-Eligibility position is responsible for verifying insurance eligibility and updating patient account demographics to ensure claims are submitted to the correct payers. The role involves resolving eligibility errors, registering patients, and communicating with patients and clients to address requests and discrepancies.
