Remote Clinical Counselor Floater

The Remote Clinical Counselor Floater provides assessment and short‑term, solution‑focused non‑medical counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups within the Navy's Fleet and Family Support Program. This full‑time role also manages SAIL case management, offering crisis intervention, risk assessment, and coordination of care for Sailors following suicide‑related incidents. The position is primarily remote but requires flexibility to support clients across time zones and may involve in‑person or deployed support as needed.
