Remote Labor Relations Manager

The Labor Relations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and administering all labor relations activities across the organization’s multiple union-represented accounts located across various states. This remote role requires regular multi-state travel and involves end-to-end accountability for collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance and arbitration management, union relationship management, and labor law compliance. The position serves as the primary company liaison to union locals and provides advisory influence to site managers on labor relations matters.
