About this role

The Remote Operations Center Supervisor provides leadership in the daily and real-time entry of generating unit offers to major ISOs, including ERCOT, PJM, SPP, and CAISO. This role coordinates generation outages, ensures NERC compliance, and serves as a liaison for market participation and training. The position requires maintaining detailed logs, managing abnormal events, and administering interchange contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate generation outages and real-time commitments into database reporting tools
Verify and submit meter data to ISOs and compare against Day-Ahead and Real-Time awards
Serve as liaison to NERC Compliance Team to ensure all applicable requirements are met
