The Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst drives operational intelligence for Alignment Health's 24/7 contact center supporting 300 agents and 250,000 members. This role involves creating advanced reporting, predictive insights, and automated dashboards from complex data to enable leadership decisions on service excellence, regulatory compliance, and member experience. The position requires high independence in translating data into narratives while partnering cross-functionally to build scalable analytic solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily performance reports for contact center operations
Design executive-ready dashboards providing real-time visibility into KPIs
Conduct advanced analysis of contact drivers to identify operational trends
Build automated analytic solutions and optimize data pipelines across systems
Validate data accuracy across telephony, CRM, Payroll, and WFM platforms

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or Healthcare Administration7+ years of progressively responsible experience in contact center analyticsExperience supporting CMS-regulated environmentsCertification in Workforce Management (optional but preferred)
