About this role
Duke Energy Florida is hiring a Renewables Technician (levels I–III) to support solar PV plant operations across the region, with permanent assignment at the Hogeye solar site near Lake Panasoffkee, FL. The role is focused on providing on-demand site support to keep renewable generation assets operating reliably, including support for new plant start-ups and ongoing long-term maintenance. This is a union, non-exempt field position with rotating 12-hour shifts, travel, and strict safety and compliance requirements.
