The Renewal Operations Specialist acts as the internal operational engine for the renewals program, executing backend administrative, forecasting, and pricing activities to ensure scalable recurring revenue retention. This position ensures data integrity within Salesforce and NetSuite by accurately creating, maintaining, and auding renewal opportunities across the organization. Working closely with Renewal Managers, Sales, and Finance, the specialist streamlines workflows to enable the commercial teams to focus on direct customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end renewals operational processes and data integrity
Create, maintain, and audit renewal opportunities within Salesforce
Support annual renewal planning and pricing initiative execution
Route at-risk accounts and high-value renewals to appropriate stakeholders
Process finalized renewal outcomes and align financial records in NetSuite
