Renewal Representative

The Renewal Representative at Sophos manages a portfolio of existing customers to ensure timely renewals, maximize retention, and reduce churn while identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. The role oversees the end‑to‑end renewal cycle, collaborates with Customer Success, Account Executives, Finance, Legal, and Operations, and is responsible for forecasting and achieving renewal revenue targets.
