A contract Renewal Specialist supporting NoRedInk’s Low-Touch customer segment responsible for executing the renewal workflow and ensuring customers retain uninterrupted access to the product. The role works closely with Scale Customer Success and RevOps to manage renewals, maintain accurate records, and support a consistent customer experience. This is a project-based, remote engagement with variable hours tied to the K–12 purchasing cycle.
