Renewals Manager

Copado is seeking a proactive Renewals Manager to own and drive the successful renewal of an assigned portfolio of North American customers. In this customer-facing role, you will build strong relationships, understand customer business objectives, and lead renewal conversations through successful closure. The position requires managing a rolling renewal forecast, mitigating retention risks, and collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to protect recurring revenue.
