About this role

The Centralized Renovations Estimator creates accurate, timely renovation cost estimates and detailed line-item scopes from inspection reports and inspection artifacts. The role informs pricing and resale decisions by applying repair standards and market signals to define work to be done. This position partners with Pricing, Home Operations, and Project Managers to validate scopes, monitor estimate vs. actual variance, and maintain documentation and processes to improve estimating accuracy.
