Renovation Project Manager

The Renovation Project Manager leads Homewise's acquisition rehab program, managing renovation projects on vacant and owner-occupied residential properties from acquisition through completion. This role ensures complex, multi-phase projects stay on schedule and within budget while coordinating with contractors, homeowners, and internal teams. The position also involves supporting the Energywise team by identifying energy efficiency improvements to help families live more sustainably and affordably.
