Renovation Technician

The Renovation Technician assists the Renovation Team with the overall maintenance of physical apartments under the direction of the Renovation Manager. This role requires a self-starter who enjoys working independently to perform various maintenance tasks. The position involves duties such as demolition, drywall repairs, painting, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and flooring replacement. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or at least two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance.
