Renovation Technician

The Renovation Technician is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the renovations department, conducting construction-related tasks such as carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and form setting under supervisor direction. The role involves supporting unit renovations, performing general maintenance duties, and completing assigned work orders daily. The technician also assists with apartment turnover, minor building repairs, and snow removal efforts during winter.
