Rent Billables Coordinator

The Rent Billables Coordinator manages resident rent calculations, billing processes, and accounts receivable functions for a portfolio of affordable housing. This role ensures compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 regulations while maintaining accurate tenant records and supporting healthy cash flow. The position also provides support for certification, leasing, waiting list, and general resident services as part of the Property Management team.
