Rental Coordinator

This role involves processing machine rentals from initial customer request to final billing while maintaining accurate inventory records of equipment status and location. The position requires promoting rental equipment through consistent customer contact and assisting Account Managers with assigned accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The coordinator is responsible for generating rental charges, handling billing complaints, and dispatching transport trucks for machine pickup and delivery.
