Rental Shop Inventory Coordinator

A full-time seasonal Leadership role that oversees the daily operations of the Rentals Department to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and inventory readiness. The position involves coordinating reservations, staff development, equipment servicing, and cross-functional initiatives to manage a seamless guest experience from booking through equipment return. Working closely with supervisors, the coordinator handles group bookings, operational planning, and safety compliance during the peak season from November through May.
