Repair & Maintenance

This role supervises the operation and maintenance of all plant utilities, including water treatment, boilers, refrigeration, and air compressors, to ensure continuous availability and compliance with safety standards. The position involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with production teams to support efficient plant operations. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining equipment records, managing consumable stocks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
