Repair Technician

TPI is seeking a skilled and safety-focused NCR Technician to support the repair, reconstruction, and quality restoration of wind turbine blades in manufacturing facilities and in the field. This role involves evaluating non-conforming components, developing repair solutions, training team members, and ensuring repairs are completed safely and to the highest quality standards. The position requires strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with the ability to lead repair activities and collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams.
