Replenishment Team Lead

The Replenishment Team Lead oversees the movement of merchandise from capstock and backroom to the sales floor, coordinating with store management and zone leads to prioritize stocking based on customer demand. This role trains and supervises the replenishment team, manages daily tasks, and ensures all product is properly stocked, binned, and processed by the end of each shift.
