Repossession Specialist Lead

The Repossession Specialist Lead is responsible for managing the collection of past due consumer loans and overseeing repossession assignments to protect the credit union's lien. This role involves training and supporting repossession staff, monitoring impounded vehicles, and providing backup support to the Remarketing Specialist. The position ensures compliance with collection policies, state and federal laws, and maintains a high level of member service. The role also includes coordinating with vendors for vehicle sales and handling escalated member or employee inquiries.
