The Member Service Representative provides frontline support to credit union members, delivering a high-quality member experience and assisting with a variety of account transactions. The role focuses on promoting member financial wellbeing, deepening member relationships, and educating members about digital banking solutions. It works in branch lobby and drive-up environments and supports other teams as needed.
