About this role

RTX's Advanced Technology business seeks an Associate Director to lead the pursuit and transition of the Future Naval Composable Weapons opportunity into a startup program. This strategic leader will develop win strategies, manage customer engagements, and guide multi-disciplinary teams through the capture and execution lifecycle to secure next-generation defense capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead capture of Future Naval Composable Weapon opportunities from inception to startup
Develop and execute customer-aligned win strategies and acquisition plans
Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with government stakeholders
Guide strategy through the RTX Lifecycle Program Management framework
Report on performance metrics including Probability of Award and investment needs
