Resale Operations Manager

The Resale Operations Manager oversees the daily execution and performance of CRI’s resale operations, managing inventory flow, showroom presentation, and customer interactions to drive sales and satisfaction. This role combines hands-on operational work with strategic coordination across Sales, Design, Warehouse, and Leadership teams to ensure efficient inventory turnover and seamless processes. The position requires maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing showroom layouts, and fostering strong relationships with both walk-in customers and internal partners.
