About this role

The Research Analyst will support BI analytics and customer experience/stakeholder engagement for a major IT/Product Modernization program serving a large public sequencing data repository. The role synthesizes quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights to guide product direction, success metrics, and modernization priorities. The analyst partners closely with Product Teams and the Customer Experience/Stakeholder Engagement Team, working in an Agile framework to plan and coordinate engagement activities and report findings to leadership. The position operates at the intersection of technology, data, and public health to improve user experience and adoption.
