The Research and Data Intelligence Manager will build and own Henley & Partners' in-house research and data intelligence capability, strengthening proprietary datasets and methodologies for global indexes and publications. This role combines quantitative research and methodology development with commercial judgement, collaborating across PR, Marketing, Private Client, and Government Advisory teams. The position involves leading the Henley Passport Index research, developing millionaire migration methodologies, and translating data insights into actionable commercial intelligence.
