Research and Evaluation Associate

This role supports program staff and leaders at Family Health Centers of San Diego by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing quality improvement projects. Responsibilities include developing evaluation plans, collecting and analyzing data through various methods, and producing reports on program performance and impact. The position also involves organizing community outreach, engaging with patients and clients, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance with reporting standards.
