Research and Innovation Associate – Sustainable Supply Chains and Community Engagement (Shetland)

This part-time role supports a funded research project exploring the feasibility of a local, sustainable barley-to-malt supply chain in Shetland through collaboration with Lerwick Distillery. The position involves conducting stakeholder mapping, qualitative interviews, literature reviews, and workshop planning to analyze organizational and governance options. The postholder will contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting while managing project administration tasks.
